Delivery Policy
At Pakenham Trophies we deliver Australia wide. We primarily use Australia Post but we may use other other transport options depending on where your order is traveling to and the size of your order. Shipping is calculated by Australia Post using your delivery postcode and the total weight of your selected products if the items fit within a standard Aus Post bag. For larger orders or bigger products will incur a freight charge based on weight and volume of packaging or you are welcome to arrange pickup from our showroom.
In-Store Pick Up
You are welcome to pick your order up once it is completed.

Australia Post Shipping Notifications
What do the updates from Australia Post mean?
• Your delivery is being prepared: Australia Post has your delivery and is processing it, they’re getting ready to send it out to you.
• Your delivery is coming: Your order has left the Australia Post processing facility and is on the way.
• Your delivery is coming tomorrow: It’s nearly there. Start getting excited!
• Your delivery is coming today: Today’s the day, that winning feeling!
Delivery Preference – Authority to Leave
A safe drop is when Australia Post leaves the parcel in a safe place. Unfortunately, “safe place” is pretty subjective and sometimes mail gets stolen (left on the doorstep) or has been left in a not so safe space.
As a result, we do NOT recommend Authority to Leave. We cannot be held responsible for items that have left our showroom. We recommend shipping to an address you will be at during the day, your workplace, or a PO Box.
You can also have your parcel delivered to your preferred Parcel locker. Just indicate the Parcel locker address upon checkout. If you’re not at home to receive delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.
